About Us
Royal College Foundation (RCF) is A RECOGNIZED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION
RCF supports Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (Royal College) Fellows in improving the delivery of high-quality health care in Canada. We fund Fellow-led projects in the areas of learning, leadership and community to advance, recognize and celebrate the work of specialist physicians.
Learning
The Royal College is the national professional association that pursues excellence in medical education, professional standards, and building physician competence. Through the RCF, we fund projects and programs that enable specialist physicians to adapt, innovate and continuously improve health care to better support patients and communities.
Leadership
The RCF funds projects and programs that promote leadership within the specialist physician role. It is through their leadership and advocacy that change can be realized in the improvement of health care outcomes.
Community
The RCF fosters community through the funding of projects and programs that enable collaboration between residents, specialists, patients and/or other health care collaborators. Through our emphasis on community, we will improve access to quality health care for all patients and communities they serve.
